Adult & Elderly service: care in your home, live in care & supported living
We want to make difference in care and support, especially for people who need it the most, while caring and treating everyone equally.
We provide domiciliary and supported living services through teams of people that are managed from a central office location. Staff usually works in small teams to provide care and support to individuals in their own homes.
For some this means having dedicated support 24 hours a day, seven days a week while for others this could simply mean assistance for a few hours a day.
By supporting people in their own homes, we believe that we can enable adults, elderly, people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, physical disabilities and other complex or challenging support needs, live more independent lives in their local community.
Our assistance and support are provided in line with the current needs of the service and the people we support, including challenging needs, support planning, autism awareness, epilepsy awareness, epilepsy medication administration, positive behaviour support and person-centred approaches.
AK Regal Care has strong policies and procedures and a quality assurance framework which are continually reviewed and developed to ensure we safeguard the people we care for and/or support, maintain regulatory compliance and ensure we are at the leading edge of best practice.
Our support and services are designed to meet the needs of adults, elderly, people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder and other associated needs.
We believe in training and supporting our staff to the highest standards to enable them to have the correct knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide high-quality person-centred care and support.
