We provide a high standard of individualised care and support services to the most vulnerable members of our community with humility and all compassion in the comfort and secure surroundings within their own local community.
We provide services for Adults 18-65, People with Learning difficulties, People with autism, People with Physical Disability and Sensory Impairments (PDSI), People with complex needs and/or behaviours that may challenge, People with mental health problems, People with emotional behavioural disorder.
We provide community support, supported living services through teams of people that are managed from a central office location. Staff usually work in small teams to provide support to individuals in their own homes. For some this means having dedicated support 24 hours a day, seven days a week while for others this could simply mean assistance for a few hours a day.

We provide personalized support for our clients who have mental health problem. We assist them with daily living activities.
Our support workers help with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation, ensuring that our clients have nutritious and delicious meals.
We provide bespoke Overnight Short Break for individuals who may need:
The focus of this service is around enrichment and building independence, potentially as a foundation to an individual moving into supported living longer term. Our Overnight Short Break supports individuals in building independence. Our Overnight Short Break support is designed in such a way that, by staying somewhere different overnight and having support away from their regular carers, it enables individuals to have an enjoyable break from their families, with opportunities and choices to try new experiences, make friends, develop existing abilities, and learn new skills. Our Overnight Short Break supports individuals to feel safe in an environment that will support their physical and mental wellbeing as well as meeting their needs.
We provide day service for people with diverse needs, helping them to make individual choices, achieve goals and take control of their own lives. Support are delivered in groups, shared support or on a 1:1 basis dependent on the individual’s level of need.
We work in a way which enables individuals to build on existing strengths and capabilities, ensuring that they are supported and encouraged to develop & improve independence, health & wellbeing outcomes.
We provide a full day and/or a half day session, dependent on the individual’s level of need and choices. The service is able to provide transport. Food and Drinks are available for the individual to purchase.

We provide transportation services for the people we support, whether short or long distance, helping our clients to get to medical appointments, social events, shopping, etc., ensuring that people we support can stay active and engaged and minimised behaviours that may challenge, mental health crisis, emotional behavioural disorder, etc.
